Our recommerce items are open-box, floor models, or returns. As such items often are with imperfections. We do our best to communicate the current condition of the item, including information on known scratches, dents, blemishes, dings, or any other defects.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@FloorFound.com to request a return pickup. Please note, shipping costs are not refunded in the event that the delivered item matches the original condition as listed prior to your purchase.
If the item you receive does not match the condition reported in the inspection notes (additional damages, dirt, etc.) please be sure to include photos of the issues when reaching out to us for quicker resolution.
