Our recommerce items are open-box items, floor models, or returned items. As such, many items are not in perfect or like-new condition. While we do our best to photograph and note any damages, dirt, missing parts, or imperfections, your item may arrive with additional minor issues that were not caught during inspection.
All items are sold “as is”, meaning items include minor issues and are not eligible for a refund. However, should you notice any damages beyond what was noted in the listing, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery and we will look into any possible solutions. Of course, if the item arrives in an unusable or irreparable condition, we will work with you to determine the appropriate refund.
All issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery. We are unable to guarantee solutions will be available for any issues reported beyond 14 days of the item being delivered.
